Southport Park Shopping Centre is situated on the Gold Coast within one of the fastest growing regions of Australia. Southport Park Shopping Centre was built in 1984 and redeveloped in 1990 adding an additional twelve retailers and extended in 2006 to accommodate the Aldi Supermarket.
Southport Park offers customers a wide variety of retailers, tailored to meet individual consumer needs including anchor majors Aldi, Target, Woolworths and Woolworths Petrol Station plus over 50 specialty stores. With a vibrant retailer mix of everything from health services to fashion, beauty to fresh food and cafes and food outlets, there is plenty to keep you energised for a full day of shopping.

This is an exciting, sculptural water playground. The water play area is designed with cool water fountains and vibrant marine-themed equipment. It includes a creek bed and several tidal rockpools for children to splash, dam and explore.
Southport State High School is a secondary school situated in Southport on the Gold Coast, Queensland in Australia.
Southport State High School was the first public high school on the Gold Coast, celebrating its 100th centenary in 2016.[2][3] 'Respice Finem' remains the school motto to this day, meaning 'look to the end result'.[4] Some of the Southport State High School Buildings are listed on the Queensland Heritage Register.[5]
The Gold Coast Private Hospital is a private hospital facility in Southport, Gold Coast that replaced Allamanda Private Hospital from 12 March 2016. The $230 million facility opened with 284 beds and 13 operating theatres with capacity to expand to 400 beds and 21 theatres, in line with demand.[1]
The Emergency Care Centre is open 24/7 and is headed by Dr Anthony Padowitz The hospital is co-located with the Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University and is a key partner in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct.[1]
